Abstract: Manfred Morari was selected by the American Automatic Control Council as the recipient for the 2011 Richard E. Bellman Control Heritage Award. It is given for distinguished career contributions to the theory or application of automatic control. It is the highest recognition of professional achievement for US control systems engineers and scientists. The award will be presented at the 2011 American Control Conference on June 30, 2011 in San Francisco. |
