Abstract: The citation reads "For pioneering contributions to the theory and application of robust process control, model predictive control, and hybrid systems control". The IFAC Fellow Award is given to persons who have made outstanding and extraordinary contributions in the field of interest of IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control), in the role as an engineer/scientist, technical leader, or educator. The Fellow certificate and Fellow pin will be presented to Prof. Morari at a suitable occasion. |
